Silver finely cut foliage sets off the abundant stalks of bright blue flowers. Everyone who visits our gardens comments on this one. It has a long mid-summer flowering period. In areas of indigenous distribution this is sometimes smoked as a euphoriant. 1994 Perennial Plant award winner.
