The scented foliage of this uncommon yarrow is reminiscent of, and used like the spice Mace. The green, narrow, toothed leaves are used in cooking, especially soups, adding a hot spicy flavor. Also called English Mace and Sweet Nancy. Clusters of pale yellow flowers. Average garden soil. Attractive to bees and butterflies; deer and rabbit resistant. From Portugal.
