Widely naturalized common weed, the root of Yellow/Curled Dock has long been held to be one to the best herbal blood cleansers. It is widely used to treat chronic skin diseases, rheumatism, liver ailments and sore throats. Leaf juice takes the sting out of Stinging Nettles. One of my best examples of a really useful unattractive weed.
