Fast growing bushy herb from New Guinea. Beautiful sky blue flowers and green glossy leaves have a pronounced mushroom flavor and texture similar to spinach. It can be tossed into salads or thrown into cooked dishes to add flavor, which increases when it is cooked. Needs fertile soil in part sun. Grows to 24”. Tender perennial.
