NOT the common spreading (invasive?) European garden perennial well known for it's aromatic flowers; this is the species native to much of the Appalachian Mountains. Smaller flower clusters but still intensely fragrant with longer narrower leaves. Also known as Convallaria majuscula and Convallaria majalis var. montana
