Native shrub of Bolivia. The 10" pale, grey-green leaves are thick and rubbery looking. The tubular 2" flowers are greenish yellow and grow in dense clusters. Little or nicotine content, it contains the similar alkaloid anabasine, and has been used in indigenous peoples ceremonies. Outstanding tub plant. Packet(Standard): $3.50; 400,000 seeds/oz
