Native prairie plant used as a diuretic, stimulant, treatment for impotence and venereal disease, and to treat snake bites. The only plant I've seen referred to as a treatment for gleet. The plant has toothed serpentine strap-like leaves with a blue-gray cast to them and tiny white flowers which appear in 1" spherical clusters. Dramatic specimen plant, it attracts the Swallowtail Butterfly larvae. Drought resistant.
