Great plant for pot culture indoors over the winter - it seems to flower almost year round and it has a great taste, somewhere between Sweet Marjoram and Greek Oregano. It grows like a Sweet Marjoram on steroids - upright habit and a similar "knotted" flower structure. Milder than Greek Oregano, Kaliteri means "the best" in Greek; it is commercially grown in Greece for its' high oil content. It can be harvested numerous times over a growing season.
