Native of woods and clearings. Pale 1" long blue flowers and red-veined deeply lobed leaves. Native Americans used it to treat sores, colds and coughs. A poultice of the fresh leaves is a folk remedy for warts and skin cancer. Also known as Cancer Weed. Reseeds readily and will easily naturalize itself.
